New Delhi: The Union Cabinet has approved a subsidy of Rs 22,303 crore for phosphate and potash fertilizers for the rabi season.
While informing the Cabinet meeting, Union Minister Anurag Thakur said that the prices of DAP have increased all over the world, but our government will continue to give DAP to farmers at the rate of Rs 1350 per bag as before.

Union Minister Anurag Thakur said that the government has taken this decision in the interest of farmers in the cabinet meeting led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The farmer-friendly government has decided that we will not let the rising prices of fertilizers in the international market affect the farmers of India.
