Amethi: A case of murdering a minor girl by burning her alive in her own house has come to light. On the complaint of the victim’s father, a case has been registered against 5 named and three unidentified youths. The forensic team reached the spot on Thursday morning to investigate and look for evidence. The incident is said to be on Wednesday.
Jatinder Kumar Shukla, a resident of the town, went to Baroda UP Bank near his house at 6 pm on Wednesday. Meanwhile, his nephew Rajat Kumar reached the bank and informed about the fire in the house. When he went to the roof of the house, he saw that his 16-year-old daughter Shivi was engulfed in flames.
When the father arrived, the accused were seen running away
According to the victim’s father, during that time, he saw Faizan and Gufran residents of Lohangi, Prince Paul and Javed Ahmed, residents of the southern village, Ram Bahadur Yadav, a resident of the town, Ram Bahadur Yadav, a resident of Katra, and three unidentified youths running from the roof. Somehow the fire was brought under control and the daughter was taken to CHC for treatment, where doctors declared her brought dead.
