Ferozepur, October 17, 2023: Former MLA Kulbir Singh Zira has been arrested today in early hours while going to pay obeisance at Baba Budha Sahib, confirmed police sources.
Earlier a case was registered against him along with 70-80 unidentified persons for allegedly obstructing work of government officials on duty and tampering with government records, while joining the dharna in support of Sarpanchs. Two days back he had announced to surrender before the police on October 17 at Ferozepur by giving a dharna in front of SSP office, after paying obeisance at Baba Budha Sahib on Sangrand and holding the press conference to expose the inside stories of AAP leaders.
